Produce a certificate of good conduct. The certificate is subjected to further scrutiny to determine its authenticity
Literacy (Read and write) in English and kiswahili and Form 4 grade D
Experience and qualification in other relevant areas of work eg training in public relations, customer care and preference given to previously held leadership positions
References from previous employment, clergy of their religious affiliations, chiefs and next of kin
